After holding only tech stocks, I began to diversify into real estate in 2020. Despite all of the hype, I found many existing passive options to be inadequate in terms of the transparency, communication, and quality that I was used to as an engineer. So I decided to build my own platform.
In 2024, after reaching $10M under management across over 100 investors, I left engineering entirely to make this business the best it could be.
